Where a payment plan option is offered and selected by the Customer, you agree to the following conditions:

• You are legally responsible for completing all agreed-upon installment payments in full and on time.

• By selecting a payment plan, you authorize the Company or its third-party payment processor to automatically charge the provided payment method for each installment on the scheduled due dates.

• Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the purchased product until the account is brought current.

• If multiple payment attempts fail or the account remains delinquent, the balance due may be forwarded to a collections agency or pursued via legal means.

Failure to complete payment does not exempt you from the financial obligation incurred at the time of purchase.
